
John Hoffman was born in Lancaster, PA where he continues to reside with his wife and 3 sons. He's been an avid clay shooter since his youth and enjoys introducing people to the sport. John is a lifetime member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association has been shooting competitively since the age of 12. He's won numerous titles over the years, from Sub-Junior State Champion in 1992 to Class A Doubles State Champion in 2023. He currently works as an application engineer for a distributor of components & systems used in factory automation.

Joshua “Josh” Druce is a Lancaster County real estate and finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate investment, capital markets, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, he has worked with investors, business owners, and community leaders to identify opportunities that create long-term economic value while strengthening the communities they serve. He is currently affiliated with JANUS CAPITAL and has a background in credit risk management and commercial finance. As a member of the Shoot for Success Board of Directors, he is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of developing tomorrow’s leaders through the shooting sports. He believes that discipline, responsibility, integrity, teamwork, and servant leadership are life skills that prepare young people for success far beyond the range.
Josh brings a strategic perspective to the board, helping guide organizational growth, community partnerships, and long-term sustainability so that Shoot for Success can continue making a lasting impact on youth and families throughout the region.

Seth Brewer is a dedicated educator and former collegiate athlete. A proud graduate of Juniata College, Brewer excelled both academically and athletically, serving as the team captain of the men's basketball team. He has recently made a transition into the rewarding career of education, teaching Business Education at Palmyra Area High School.
Before stepping into the teaching profession, Brewer gained valuable experience in the business world as an Operations Analyst. This diverse background in both business operations and athletics has equipped him with a unique skill set, enabling him to engage and inspire students effectively.
Seth Brewer

Seth Obetz is an accomplished entrepreneur, business executive, and community leader with more than 30 years of experience building organizations, developing leaders, and creating lasting community impact. Throughout his career, he has led innovative companies in the energy industry while remaining committed to mentoring others and strengthening the communities they serve.
As General Manager of Seth Energy and former Vice Chairman of Worley & Obetz, Seth has overseen strategic growth, organizational development, and business innovation. He also co-founded AmeriGreen Energy, helping pioneer renewable fuel initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Earlier in his career, he worked in organizational consulting, helping businesses improve leadership, culture, and long-term performance.
Seth earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Western Maryland College, a master’s degree in Organization Development from Temple University, and completed advanced studies in System Dynamics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Seth has dedicated significant time to public service, economic development, and nonprofit leadership. His experience serving on regional boards and advisory councils reflects his passion for investing in people, building stronger communities, and developing future leaders.
As a member of the Board of Directors for Shoot for Success, Inc., Seth brings strategic leadership, organizational expertise, and a heart for mentorship. He believes the shooting sports provide a unique platform to teach responsibility, discipline, integrity, teamwork, and servant leadership while equipping young people with the confidence and character to make a lasting impact in their communities.
